A\u00fan con pocos a\u00f1os en el arte -aunque con varias exposiciones individuales y colectivas-, y si bien incursiona en arte digital, trabaja con pintura acr\u00edlica sobre lienzo y se interesa por fotograf\u00eda, notoriamente su fuerte est\u00e1 en el arte textil.<br>Es en el despliegue de su t\u00e9cnica mixta y, fundamentalmente, cuando usa lana, hilo, tela, fieltro, cuerdas, objetos de desecho, etc. \u2026 donde la artista se siente c\u00f3moda y desde donde brota su mayor explosi\u00f3n expresiva.<br>All\u00ed, en ese terreno de cuadros bordados, collage de telas y texturas en relieve, es donde su creatividad toma vuelo y la tridemensionalidad de su obra nos llega m\u00e1s franca, m\u00e1s pura, m\u00e1s potente.<br>El arte de Peixoto, como de tantos\/as artistas textiles contempor\u00e1neos, implica considerar, valorizar y dominar una diversidad de t\u00e9cnicas e ingeniosas habilidades en el uso y construcci\u00f3n creativa de tramas, tejidos, puntadas e hilos.<br>En el arte textil tambi\u00e9n, como en las mal llamadas \u2018artes mayores\u2019, se superponen sentidos de pertenencia, construcciones de pensamiento y de identidades, sensibilidades, emociones y cavilaciones, propios de toda experiencia y acto creativo.<br>Hay quienes ya categorizan el \u2018arte textil\u2019 -donde se ubica la obra de Peixoto-, como \u2018obra de mano\u2019, inviertiendo el orden del t\u00e9rmino \u2018mano de obra\u2019 -asociado al productivismo, a la serialidad, al esfuerzo an\u00f3nimo y depreciado en las econom\u00edas no creativas-<br>en un honesto intento de enfatizar tanto el proceso como el resultado \u00fanico e irrepetible de una acci\u00f3n consciente guiada por el \u00e9xtasis de la imaginaci\u00f3n.<br>Y en este sentido, m\u00e1s que enfocarse en las destrezas t\u00e9cnicas que suelen calificar una \u2018buena mano de obra\u2019, la obra de Peixoto propone entrar al textil por la puerta de su desenfado, de su sistema l\u00edmbico, de su
